Villa Tica is located in Ratac, 30 km (only 20-25 minutes by car from the Old Town) west of Dubrovnik. We offer you a unique vacation experience; away from the tourist crowds, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, with the sea only several meters from your accommodation, you will enjoy complete privacy. Visit Old Town Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Pelješac peninsula and many other destinations as often as you choose, we will assist you in order to enrich your holiday experience.

If you prefer peace and quietness and crystal clear sea, come and enjoy all this at Villa Tica. You will still be being able to visit Dubrovnik and other exiting destinations as often as you choose. We promise that we will try to make your vacation experience as pleasant as possible.



If arriving by car from the direction of Split, drive along the Adriatic coast road from north to south. After passing the village of Slano (35 km from Dubrovnik), drive for ca. 5 minutes, Villa Tica is located downhill from the road on sea level.
Private parking is also available.
